ME Series Static Mixers
For meter mix dispensing

STATOMIX® ME Series static mixers, when used with meter mix equipment, provide a low cost solution for 2-component mixing. The mixer element is molded of polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter mix machines.

MS Series Static Mixers
For meter mix dispensing

STATOMIX® MS Series static mixers, when used with meter mix equipment, provide a low cost solution for 2-component mixing. The mixer element is molded of polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter mix machines.

MR Series Static Mixers
Rotary for low viscosities

STATOMIX® MR Series dynamic mixers are designed for use with meter, mix, and dispense equipment. The MR static mixer provides an inexpensive solution for the dynamic mixing of low viscosity, 2-component adhesives.

MC (MCX) Series Static Mixers
For hand-held dispensers

The STATOMIX® MC Series cartridge mixers were developed for the MIXPAC® 200 and MIXPAC® 400 Systems. The unique element design achieves proper mixing with minimal resistance, which is highly beneficial for manually powered dispensing.

MA (MX) Series Static Mixers
For hand-held dispensers

The STATOMIX® MA Series static mixers feature simple twist-lock mounting. The MA mixers' first element automatically aligns itself precisely with the dividing wall of the MIXPAC® 50 cartridge, separating Part A and Part B.

MB (MBX) Series Static Mixers
For hand-held dispensers

The STATOMIX MB Series cartridge mixers were developed for the MIXPAC® S-50 System. The unique interface with separated outlets between cartridge and mixer eliminates the possibility of cross contamination and avoids plugged cartridges. An enhanced design of the static mixer allows for the mixing and dispensing of higher viscosity adhesives.

FM Series - Plastic Flexible In-line Mixers

STATOMIX® FM Series flexible in-line mixers were developed for 2-component varnishes and other low viscosity materials. The non-rigid mixer housing is made from a high strength nylon that is resistant to moisture absorption.
