Leadership
The ConProTec leadership team is made up of experienced professionals
with deep industry knowledge and years of hands-on experience.
David Kirsch
David is ConProTec's Sales & Marketing Manager and has
13 years of experience working with adhesive formulators and
adhesive packaging companies. During his tenure at the company,
he has produced three editions of the widely distributed MIXPAC
Adhesive Selection Guide and authored How to Choose
a Static Mixer . David is a recognized industry expert
and is widely quoted in leading publications such as Adhesives
Age and ASI .
Prior to joining ConProTec, David held sales and management
roles at a distributor and international manufacturing company.
He is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley , MA with a
degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Richard Wilson
Rich is ConProTec's Senior Engineer
& Business Manager and is a 14-year veteran of the
adhesive industry. His primary responsibility is to ensure
the company's product development activities keeping the
organization's offerings world-class and leading-edge.
To accomplish this task, he works closely with customers
to constantly improve products and serves as the liaison
between the design and manufacturing teams at ConProTec.
Prior to joining the company, Rich held various engineering
positions at the prestigious Draper Labs in Cambridge , Massachusetts
and Helix Technology's CTI-Cryogenics division. He holds a
Mechanical Engineering degree from the Wentworth Institute
of Technology in Boston , Massachusetts.
